"Karen Hudspeth is a gem! My husband and I sold our home in Texas and came to Hot Springs looking for an investment property. We called 3 Realtors and told them we wanted one day to look at multiple properties because we knew what we were looking for when we found it. Karen lined up about 10 homes and was the only realtor to quickly get back to us and not only that but really kind of understand what we were looking for before we even knew truly it. She took COVID precautions, really paid attention to what we said, and helped us find and negotiate an offer the same day. She was tenacious in negotiating and let me tell you, it seemed like an easy deal but became a little bit more complicated as inspection came back. However she triumphed and made sure that we as the borrowers ended up on top. The thing I love about her is that we not only earned a realtor, but a relationship. I was pleasantly surprised to find some cupcakes on my doorstep for Valentine's Day, which just goes to show you she literally goes the extra mile even four months after a close. Karen is the best.. she listens and she makes it happen. Stop looking further and call her now. We didn't want our time wasted and she made sure it was not.
